Fujitsu believes that WS-ReliableMessaging has improved a lot since the first draft. The specification now seems to be addressing most of the concerns from our customers. We also believe that a lot about interoperability has been left to open standard initiatives external to the TC (e.g. interoperability test, profiling, policy models and negotiation may be done in other organizations e.g., WS-I.)."

We have some concerns about WS-MakeConnection - generality of the feature with regard to charter scope, interoperability and composability - that we believe are shared by others, but these are not critical as far as the main objective(RM) is concerned.
