A very clean document.

The problem with hanging paragraphs appears here as well, but that would be easy enough to avoid if OASIS had substantive assistance with drafts.

I did find one broken URL - http://csrc.nist.gov/publications/nistpubs/800-67/SP800-67.pdf.

Assuming the list at: http://csrc.nist.gov/publications/PubsSPs.html is complete. There is no such document.

There is: "SP 800-67 Rev. 1 Jan. 2012 Recommendation for the Triple Data Encryption Algorithm (TDEA) Block Cipher SP-800-67-Rev1.pdf"

But I don't know if that is what the TC intended or not.

BTW, 17 out of 18 redirects were at the OASIS site. Not the fault of the TC but could explain poor performance at the OASIS site.

Were we at some other stage, there are other editorial niggles to mention but overall the proposal is clear enough and there always is the next version.

BTW, I was very pleased to see the attention to detail on anchors and URLs.
