Comment:I second Joseph Brand's comment that the Template concept and implementation be revisited for KMIP 2.0
Request that Tim H/Bob L. submit a companion proposal for how the sections referencing Templates in the KMIP 1.3 Usage Guide should change in light of the deprecation. For example there are examples on how to use templates -- new examples for achieving the same results using individual attributes need to be provided. |
