Ballot: Proxy Document Signature Profile 1.0

This may be useful in some case, but doesn't seem to effect the rest of the specification greatly. Having a document signed by a third party proxy is good for securing the document, but no more so than hashing the SOAP envelope in transmission to ensure that it hasn't changed. Unless the third party service provider is seen by the court as the actual filer, in which case it seems the current signature profile could be sufficient, without the use of the extra tags.

I am voting yes on this ballot as this could, on an optimistic note, be used by vendors to help jump start the use of signatures in a more wide spread manner.
