This meeting fee includes access to the Monday night reception, the Tuesday sessions, coffee breaks, and associated materials.

Technical Committee Meeting Fee:

OASIS Members -- 30 USD per day

This meeting fee helps to offset meeting expenses, and includes coffee breaks and luncheon. This is a per/day fee, so please be sure to sign up for all the appropriate days.

Payment Policy
Registration payments may be made using a credit card, government purchase order, or company check. Please indicate your payment on the registration form. If paying using a company check or government purchase order, please forward a copy of your registration form and payment directly to the OASIS Registrar at:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. If received before 3 October 2005, a full refund will be made minus a 50 USD processing fee. No portion of the meeting fee will be refunded after 3 October 2005. Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee. No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.

In the unlikely event that OASIS should be forced to cancel this event, all paid meeting fees will be refunded. OASIS is not responsible, however, for attendees' other expenses, including hotel and travel.
