eGov TC Meeting
18-19 October
12:00-17:00 (Tuesday) and 09:00-17:00 (Wednesday)

OASIS Technical Committees are invited to hold face-to-face meetings in conjunction with the OASIS Adoption Forum. OASIS will provide rooms at the Russell Hotel on 18, 19, and 20 October for TC meetings. In order to assure availability, TC chairs are asked to complete the online Meeting Space Reservation Form.

Space is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Contact the OASIS Manager of Events - Jane Harnad if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

LIST OF ITEMS REQUESTED ON THE MEETING SPACE RESERVATION FORM:

  • Meeting Organizer name, email, and phone number
  • Name of meeting
  • Meeting date(s) and times
  • Room setup requirements
  • Number of expected attendees
  • Telecommunications requirements (OASIS will supply a speaker phone for the meeting upon request; however, we ask that you please use a toll-free or company conference call line during the meeting)
  • Food and beverage: (OASIS will be providing coffee breaks and lunches for all meetings. A minimal meeting fee of $30 per/day-per/person will be charged to help cover these food and beverage expenses. TC meeting signup per/day is required and may be done using the online registration.)
  • Audio visual: (OASIS will automatically supply a screen in all meeting rooms. Other requests will need to be included on the form and will be addressed individually.)
