Thomas Koulopoulos is president and co-founder of Delphi Group, a Boston-based
technology management and advisory firm. Since launching Delphi Group in 1987,
Mr, Koulopoulos has propelled the company to its position as an independent advisor
on technology trends to large enterprise and government IT users In 2004. Named
one of the industry's most influential information management consultants by InformationWeek
Magazine, he is a recognized authority on the implications information technology
of on global organizations, with articles and market insights appearing frequently
in national and international print and broadcast media such as BusinessWeek,
The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The Economist, CNBC, CNN and NPR. His seven books
include, Corporate Instinct, Smart Companies, Smart Tools, and The X-economy.

Mr. Stangel has responsibility to provide direction for technology implementation
