REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Advance registration for the Symposium is closed. Please proceed to the New Orleans Marriott, Gallery Foyer to register onsite. Registration begins at 7:00 am on Sunday, 25 April and will be open all week.

Registration is required for all events held in conjunction with the Symposium (including the OASIS Plenary and TC Meetings).

A $200 discount to attend the Symposium is offered to OASIS Members.

Register in advance to avoid the on site processing fee of $50 USD. Advanced registration will close on 22 April. Registration will re-open on site 25 April. An on site processing fee will be charged to all registrations received after 25 April. Please also review the other registration policies listed below.

Two-Day Symposium Prices (US Dollars):
$465 Non-Members
$265 OASIS Members

eHealth Workshop Only:
$225 Wednesday Only (US Dollars)

Pre-Conference Tutorials:
No Charge for Symposium Registrants - sign up is required

OASIS AGM (Members Only):
No Charge - sign up is required

TC Meetings:
No Charge - sign up is required

No additional charge for Full-Symposium registrants to attend either the Pre-Conference tutorials or the eHealth Workshop, however, advance sign up is required.

Registration Policies

Payment Policy
All valid registrations MUST be accompanied by full payment or government purchase order.

Confirmation Policy
Confirmations will not be sent until complete payment is received. Completed registrations will receive confirmations via email within 2 business days. Contact OASIS Registrar with questions - registrar@oasis-open.org.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. If received before 8 April, only a $50 processing fee will be incurred. No portion of your registration will be refunded after 8 April. Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee. No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.

In the unlikely event that OASIS should have to cancel this event, OASIS will refund all conference attendees for the amount paid for the conference, but is not responsible for any attendees' other related expenses, including hotel and travel.
