Reservation Deadline Extended Until 21 April

A block of rooms have been reserved at the Grand Hyatt for Symposium attendees. OASIS has arranged a special rate of $199++ USD/single and double. High-speed Internet access is available in the sleeping rooms for $9.95++ per/24 hours. Attendees are able to make reservations by calling 1-888-421-1442 or 1-402-592-6464 and referring to the group "OASIS Symposium 2006".

A deposit in the amount of the first nights room and tax for each confirmed attendee will be due 14 days after room is confirmed by the hotel, but no later than the cut-off date. Personal checks, money orders, or a valid credit card will be needed for the deposit. Deposits are refundable as long as the reservation is canceled no later than 24 hours prior to arrival.

Reservation must be made on or before 21 April 2006. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability only.

Attendees may upgrade their guest rooms according to the following:

• Deluxe View rooms available at an additional $20.00 per night
• Business Plan rooms available at an additional $30.00 per night
• Regency Club rooms available at an additional $50.00 per night

++Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (14%) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the hotel at the time of the meeting.

Early/Late Departure Fee: A $50 fee will be applied for a change to an earlier departure date, after check-in, with less than 24 hour advance notice. A half-day rate will be applied for all departures between 3:00-6:00 pm. A full night rate will be applied for all departures after 6:00 pm.
