Registration

Registration is required for all attendees of the OASIS Symposium, OASIS Annual General Member Meeting (AGM), and OASIS Technical Committee Meetings. Advance registration will close on 1 May and re-open onsite 9 May at the venue.

Registration will re-open onsite in the Symposium registration area (Plaza Ballroom West Foyer) at 7:00 AM on Tuesday, 9 May.

SYMPOSIUM Meeting Fee:

The OASIS Symposium meeting fee includes access to all Symposium sessions, luncheons, coffee breaks, receptions, and associated materials. In addition, the meeting fee includes access to any related workshops and tutorials. Please note that signup is still required to attend any workshops and tutorials (first-come first-served basis).

TECHNICAL COMMITTEE Meeting Fee:

OASIS Members 30 USD

This per/day TC meeting fee will help offset the food and beverage expenses for the daily meetings, including coffee breaks, lunches and receptions (if applicable). This is a per/day fee, so please be sure to sign up for all the appropriate days your TC is meeting.

The OASIS Annual Meeting (AGM) and related workshops or tutorials are FREE, however, signup is required.

Upon request, OASIS will provide invitation letters to those traveling to the Symposium from countries where official documentation is required for visa applications. Please forward your request directly to events@oasis-open.org.

Payment Policy:

Registration payments may be forwarded using a credit card, government purchase order, or company check. Please indicate your payment clearly on the registration form. If paying using a company check or government purchase order, please forward a copy of your registration form and payment directly to the OASIS registrar.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing. If written cancellation is received before 21 April, a full refund will be made minus a 50 USD processing fee. No portion of the meeting fee will be refunded after 21 April. Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee. No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.

In the unlikely event that OASIS should be forced to cancel this event, all paid meeting fees will be refunded. OASIS is not responsible, however, for attendees' other expenses, including hotel and travel.
