OASIS seeks to serve the international community by providing program content in as many languages as possible. Although the OASIS Symposium will be conducted in English, registrants who would find translation services helpful are encouraged to contact events@oasis-open.org with specific requests. An additional fee may be required for translation services; however, OASIS will work to identify sponsorship funding for cases where a significant portion of attendees would benefit. Advance notice is necessary to accommodate any requests for translation services. In addition, Symposium attendees who would like to organize lunch tables or Birds-of-a-Feather (BOFs) gatherings to discuss issues in a language of their choice are also invited to contact events@oasis-open.org.

Upon request, OASIS will provide invitation letters to those traveling to the Symposium from countries where official documentation is required for visa applications. Please forward your request directly to events@oasis-open.org.
