1) Discuss and review the Stage 3 proposal #13089, which adds learningObjectMap and learningGroupMap support. See https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dita-learningspec/document.php?document_id=48501. Mark Myers provided a quick walk through the proposal. Essentially enables storage of learningObjects as separate objects in a repository and then include them in a map using a standard format/mechanism. Samples and DTD changes have been provided. XSD and RNG may need to be provided. SAP has some internally developed schemas that could be provided to Eric Sirois to create the XSD. Scott or Eliot could work on creating the RNG changes. We are missing a sample of the use of references in a learning bookmap, so that may also need to be provided. We have a sample of references in base map. Documentation appears complete. Consensus is to move proposal to full DITA TC for review as a stage 3 proposal. ACTION: John Hunt to follow up with Don Day and Kris Eberlein with direction to move 13089 forward. 2) Status of other L&T proposals for DITA 1.3.
3) Please let me know if you have additional topics you'd like to discuss or plan for future meetings. |
