Comment:Without having use cases, I'm concerned about our ability to accomplish this work given its broad scope (the "ITIL configuration management problem"). Once we have scoped the work appropriately, these are the deliverables.
I'm also a little unsure about the relationship of existing use case documents and the existing technical specification to this work. |
