Registration is required for all attendees of the Symposium and Technical
Committee Meetings. Advance registration is now closed. Registration will re-open onsite in
the Symposium registration area (Rio Vista Ballroom Foyer) at 8:00 AM on
Sunday, 15 April.
SYMPOSIUM Meeting Fee:
The Symposium meeting fee includes access to all sessions, tutorials and workshops; luncheons (Monday and Tuesday); coffee breaks; reception; and associated materials.
Individual Tutorial & Workshop Fee:
Attendance at tutorials and workshops are free with Symposium registration and also available separately. Signup for these events is required and allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
Upon request, OASIS will provide invitation letters to those traveling to the Symposium from countries where official documentation is required for visa applications. Please forward your request directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration payments may be forwarded using a credit card, government
purchase order, or company check. Please indicate your payment clearly on
the registration form. If paying using a company check or government
purchase order, please forward a copy of your registration form and payment
directly to the OASIS registrar.

Cancellations must be received in writing. If written cancellation is
received before 19 March, a full refund will be made minus a 50 USD
processing fee. No portion of the meeting fee will be refunded after 19
March. Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional
fee. No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.
In the unlikely event that OASIS should be forced to cancel this event, all
paid meeting fees will be refunded. OASIS is not responsible, however, for
attendees other expenses, including hotel and travel.
