Registration

Registration is required for all attendees of the OASIS Symposium, OASIS AGM, and OASIS Technical Committee Meetings.

Advance registration is closed. Please go directly to the onsite registration desk at the hotel to register. To get started, please feel free to download and complete the onsite registration form.

Online registration will close on 20 April 2005. Registration will re-open on-site 24 April 2005.

SYMPOSIUM Meeting Fee:

  AFTER 1 APRIL
OASIS Members 400 USD
Non-Members 500 USD

The OASIS Symposium meeting fee includes access to all Symposium sessions, luncheons, coffee breaks, receptions, and associated materials. In addition, the meeting fee includes access to the Pre-Symposium Tutorials. Please note that signup is still required to attend these tutorials.

TECHNICAL COMMITTEE Meeting Fee:

OASIS Members 30 USD

This per/day minimal meeting fee will offset meeting expenses, as well as all coffee breaks and lunch. This is a per/day meeting fee, so please be sure to sign up for all the appropriate days.

The OASIS Annual Meeting (AGM) and Beyond Robert's Rules: Effectively Chairing an OASIS Committee Workshop are FREE, however, signup is required.



Registration Policies

Payment Policy
Registration payments may be forwarded using a credit card, government purchase order, or company check. Please indicate your payment clearly on the registration form. If paying using a company check or government purchase order, please forward a copy of your registration form and payment directly to the OASIS registrar.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. If received before 11 April 2005, a full refund will be made minus a 50 USD processing fee. No portion of the meeting fee will be refunded after 11 April 2005. Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee. No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.

In the unlikely event that OASIS should be forced to cancel this event, all paid meeting fees will be refunded. OASIS is not responsible, however, for attendees' other expenses, including hotel and travel.
