Biography:
Working across IBM Research & Product Teams to build a scalable and consistent AI software supply chain security framework, while continuing to lead the consumption compliance Open Source Program Office (OSPO), including policy, execution and guidance. Working with IBM Government & Regulatory Affairs, AI Software, Systems, Cloud, Consulting, Inner source, Legal, and Red Hat to address emerging requirements of US, EU and AP regulators on open cybersecurity, including AI Supply Chain Security guidance.

Additional Information:
I have been an active member of many open source communities for over half of my IBM career, and also believe in giving back via community service in general. I have been a member of Rotary International since 2000 and have served in many leadership positions including Past-President of Seattle 4 (the fourth oldest and one of the larger clubs world-side with ~300 members. I will also serve as the District Governor for the greater Seattle area in 2025-26. Rotary International is global service organization comprised of over 1.2 million members in 40,000 clubs.
