OASIS Technical Committees are invited to hold face-to-face meetings in conjunction with the OASIS Adoption Forum. OASIS will provide rooms at the hotel on 30 November and 1 December for TC meetings. In order to assure availability, TC chairs are asked to complete the online Meeting Space Reservation Form.
Space is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Contact the OASIS Manager of Events - Jane Harnad (jane.harnad@oasis-open.org) if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.
List of Items Requested on the Meeting Space Reservation Form:
- Meeting Organizer name, email, and phone number
- Name of meeting
- Meeting date(s) and times
- Room setup requirements
- Number of expected attendees
- Telecommunications requirements (OASIS will supply a speaker phone for the meeting upon request; however, we ask that you please use a toll-free or company conference call line during the meeting)
- Food and beverage: (OASIS will provide coffee breaks and lunches for all meetings. A minimal meeting fee of 30 USD per/day-per/person will be charged to help cover these expenses.)
- Audio Visual: (List any required audio visual equipment and we will do our best to supply the equipment.)
