Registration is required for all attendees of the the OASIS Adoption Forum
and Special PKI Workshop. If you are planning to attend both events, you may
do so using the enclosed registration form. Fees are listed below.

Daily Meeting Fee (Monday, Tuesday and/or Wednesday):

Non-Members Daily Rate
200 EURO
The meeting fee includes access to all sessions for that day (Monday,
Tuesday, and/or Wednesday), luncheons (Tuesday and Wednesday), coffee breaks
(each day), receptions (Monday and Tuesday) and associated materials.
Members of our "Event Supporting Organizations", including ITU, Liberty Alliance,

Payment Policy
Registration payments may be made using a credit card, government purchase
order, or company check. Please indicate your payment on the registration
form. If paying using a company check or government purchase order, please
forward a copy of your registration form and payment directly to the OASIS

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. If received before 13 November
2006, a full refund will be made minus a 50 USD processing fee. No portion
of the meeting fee will be refunded after 13 November 2006. Substitutions
from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee. No-shows are
liable for the entire conference fee.
In the unlikely event that OASIS should be forced to cancel this event, all
paid meeting fees will be refunded. OASIS is not responsible, however, for
attendees' other expenses, including hotel and travel.
