Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (US) – working hours are US-EST
Type: Full-time
Compensation: Range $80k-$100k plus up to $20k MBO Bonus

What You’ve Done:
Professional Experience:
● 5+ years of partner/alliance/community marketing experience with one or more of the following; SaaS, AI, SI, Cloud companies
● Proven track record managing a marketing strategy including; multiple marketing campaigns, end-to-end demand generation, events management and marketing budget
● Proven ability to operate and adapt in changing environment
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
● Previous experience working with technology partners & alliances
● Familiarity with non-profit, open source, open standards or strong technical partner driven organizations is a huge plus!
Technical & Strategic Skills
● Solid understanding of demand generation and brand awareness strategies
● Proven ability to develop relationships with PR and Market Research Firms creating impactful press documents, publications, podcasts and social media messaging
● Excellent project management capabilities with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
● Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies and leverage data to drive strategy and decision-making
● Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, salesforce, and digital marketing tools

Reporting to: Sr. Director of Business Development
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
Owns Marketing Plan execution aligned to overall organization and project marketing and events goals. Owns execution and attainment of the Member & OASIS Marketing plan and goals. Manage relationships with standards body alliance liaison relationships (ISO/EIC, JTC1, ITU, ANSI). Responsible for team of 2 (one direct report). Ensuring seamless collaboration between OASIS and Project Governing Board (PGB)/Members. Drive OASIS GTM & Branding Strategy to drive new project generation, new members and project sponsors from government agencies, academia, and tech companies.
Strategic Project & Member Marketing:
● Execute against joint GTM strategies with the partner in line with the project success plan.
● Work directly with the Business Development Team and Project Management Team to ensure alignment, consistency, and delivery of outcomes
Marketing Asset Development & Management
● Design and implement joint marketing campaigns that align OASIS brand with the project goals to build mindshare
● Collaborate with the project’ marketing teams on co-authored press releases, white papers technical blogs, pod casts, thought leadership pieces, and website content, in addition to managing the project presence on OASIS-Open.org and microsites.
Event & Campaign Execution
● Plan and execute member events, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns that showcase OASIS and Member-Driven Project standards or framework value proposition in global markets
● Manage campaign effectiveness and market penetration.
Member & Liaison Relationship Management and Cross-Functional Coordination
● Serve as the primary marketing lead for liaisons and alliances.
● Work closely with members marketing team to define, build, and track campaign performance and reporting across OASIS and Member Projects
Performance Management and Reporting
● Track and report against OASIS Marketing Plan, Member/Sponsor scorecard KPIs including project engagement, event, press and campaign performance & demand generation leads

Job Title: IT Director

About OASIS Open: OASIS Open is a nonprofit consortium that advances open standards and open source projects for the global public good. Our community includes individuals, corporations, nonprofits, and governments working together to develop secure, interoperable specifications across a range of industries.
Position Summary
OASIS Open is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive IT Director to oversee the technical infrastructure that supports our open standards and open source work. This role will ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our internal systems and external collaboration platforms, including GitHub, email services, web applications, project management, and documentation tools. The IT Director will also support staff and community members with technical needs and lead strategic upgrades to improve performance, security, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Systems Administration
- Manage and maintain cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, GSuite, Jira, GitHub,
WP Engine) - Oversee user access, security settings, and license management
- Maintain and optimize internal tools, collaboration platforms, and mailing lists
- Maintain OASIS servers in Rackspace environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for staff and community users
- Manage and maintain OASIS websites to include security certificates, redirects,
and site reliability - Develop processes and procedures for ongoing management of the network/server
and cloud environments - Maintain documentation related to IT operations, compliance controls, and
service-level agreements (SLAs) - Develop and document plans, policies, and procedures for day-to-day IT operations
Collaboration & Community Tools
- Participate in the selection and management of member-facing collaboration tools
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated workflows and integration tools used by members and staff
Security & Data Protection
- Author, implement, and monitor adherence to cybersecurity policies, procedures, and practices (e.g., SSO, MFA, regular audits)
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and retention regulations and policies
- Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery processes
- Manage bug and vulnerability reports, develop and implement response as needed
- Lead incident response and recovery efforts if needed
Strategy & Planning
- Evaluate and recommend new tools or platforms to support community collaboration
- Liaise with relevant Board of Director committees with technical oversight
- Contribute to IT policies, disaster recovery planning, and documentation
- Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to support remote work and virtual events
Support & Training
- Provide onboarding/offboarding support to staff, members, and TC Chairs
- Participate in the creation of training materials and documentation for tool usage
- Serve as a liaison between the technical needs of community groups and internal operations when needed
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years in IT systems administration or related role
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Experience in developing and refining business and client IT requirements
- Experience managing SaaS platforms (e.g., GitHub, Google Workspace)
- Strong understanding of security best practices and access control
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and user support experience
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a remote environment
Preferred:
- Familiarity with open standards and open source governance models
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and volunteers
- Knowledge of GitHub Actions, markdown, wikis, or documentation systems
- Exposure to nonprofit or member-based organizations
