Use this form to assign Project Administration the task of holding a Special Majority Vote to approve submitting an OASIS Standard to an external standards development organization. See Policy for submitting OASIS Standards for adoption by other organizations for background information.

The project that initially produced an OASIS Standard can always request such a submission. If maintenance of the Standard has been transferred to other project, that project may also request the submission. If the original committee has closed and no active committee has taken over its maintenance, then any five or more OASIS Organizational Members may submit a request.

Please enter one request ticket for each Special Majority Vote you are requesting. Do not group multiple ballot requests together in one ticket.

Contact Project Administration with any questions.
