If you are a member of OASIS and already have an account in the OASIS member database:

1. Go to All Groups (your OASIS username and password are required) and choose an OASIS Committee from the Available Groups list.
2. Click the "Join Group" link.
3. You will have the option to join as a Member or Observer.

If you are employed by an OASIS member organization, but do not have an account in the OASIS member database:

1. Create a personal account in the OASIS member database.
2. Register for membership in a Committee by following the instructions above.
