The OASIS Identity in the Cloud TC  members have recently approved a Committee Note Draft (CND) and submitted it for 30-day public review:

This ID-Cloud Profile Document describes the various Identity Management use cases, challenges and applicable standards in the Identity Management Outsourcing in the Cloud Computing model.
TC Description :
The OASIS IDCloud TC works to address the serious security challenges posed by identity management in cloud computing. The TC identifies gaps in existing identity management standards and investigates the need for profiles to achieve interoperability within current standards. It performs risk and threat analyses on collected use cases and produces guidelines for mitigating vulnerabilities.
Public Review Period:
The public review starts 16 May 2013 at 00:00 GMT and ends 15 June 2013 at 23:59 GMT.
This is an open invitation to comment. OASIS solicits feedback from potential users, developers and others, whether OASIS members or not, for the sake of improving the interoperability and quality of its technical work.

In connection with this public review of "Identity in the Cloud Outsourcing Profile Version 1.0", we call your attention to the OASIS IPR Policy  applicable especially  to the work of this technical committee. All members of the TC should be familiar with this document, which may create obligations regarding the disclosure and availability of a member's patent, copyright, trademark and license rights that read on an approved OASIS specification.
