Use this form to assign Project Administration the task of setting up a TC Open Repository public development project to support the work of the Technical Committee under open (source) licensing. Open Projects are only started by TCs. See OASIS TC Open Repository Guidelines and Procedures and OASIS TC Open Repository FAQ for more information.

Please consult the Proposal Template document for fuller explanation of the essential elements of a TC proposal for TC Open Repository creation, some of which are requested in this form.

Please submit one request for each open repository that TC wishes to set up; do not group individual requests together.

Contact Project Administration with any questions.
